Are you passionate about making a difference and skilled in Direct Marketing? The Heart Foundation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Direct Fundraising Coordinator to support our Individual and Regular Giving programmes.

❤️ About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join New Zealand’s leading heart health charity. Help deliver effective direct marketing campaigns that inspire donors and supporters to make a lasting impact.

Reporting to the Direct Fundraising Lead, you’ll work closely with the Direct Fundraising Specialist to coordinate campaigns, liaise with suppliers, and ensure exceptional supporter experiences. You’ll be at the heart of delivering meaningful results for our fundraising programmes.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of direct marketing campaigns (mail, email, and digital) for our Direct Fundraising team:
    • Assist with campaign set-up, the review and revision of creative, checking data files, and proofing.
  • Coordinate timelines, meetings, and communications with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
  • Monitor campaign progress, track deliverables, and follow up on actions needed to meet deadlines.
    • Support the production of donor communications and maintain fundraising collateral.

❤️ What We’re Looking For

  • A relevant Marketing Degree (or at least 1 years’ experience in a Direct Marketing environment)
  • Experience in direct marketing campaign management (charity sector experience a bonus).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • An eye for detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • High computer literacy, including CRM and Excel.
