❤️ About the Role

In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to two of our key teams - Care & Support and Prevention. These teams work closely with communities across Aotearoa to deliver programmes, resources, and initiatives that prevent heart disease and support people living with heart conditions.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines programme administration, office coordination, stakeholder support, and event logistics. Your work will directly enable our teams to operate efficiently and collaboratively.

❤️ Key Responsibilities 

· Providing administration support for Care & Support and Prevention programmes and initiatives

· Coordinating travel, expense processing, equipment management, and reporting tasks

· Supporting logistics for events, hui, and stakeholder engagement

· Maintaining digital and physical 

· Assisting with webinar coordination and follow-up, in collaboration with other teams

· Acting as the first point of contact for the Wellington office, including supplies and health & safety matters

❤️ What We’re Looking For

· At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role

· Confidence supporting multiple teams and managing varied workstreams

· Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach

· Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication

· Competence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online platforms

· A proactive, adaptable, and can-do attitude; someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team
